Being Physically Active can improve your health. Being active strengthens your heart, and lungs. Biing active also can reduse stress. When your active you maintain a healthy body, and improve it can improve your mental health. Inactivity is the cause of premature death, and disability. Being active is essential for healthy growth, and when your active you have less fatiuge. You can maintain your strength and flexibility by being active. Activity can prevent disease such as osteoporosis. Doing sports and activities can increase your health.
You can also be physically active through sports and activities such as:
- Biking
- Hiking/ taking a walk
- Swimming
- Working out
- Canoeing

- Camping
- Soccer
- Tenis

- Golfing
- Volley ball
- Hockey
Taking time each day is important to become physically active is important. Many people say: “I don’t have the time to be active”. What you should do is take the time, and take care of yourself. When you set time aside to become active you will get many benefits. You will feel stronger, and more energetic. Your mental and physical health will improve, and you won’t have as much stress. Take the time, it won’t kill you to be physically active. Don’t throw off all that time and do nothing take care of your body, it’s important.
