Risks



Physical inactivity and malnutrition are two main risks. Malnutrition is the lack of nutrients Malnutrition is a general term given for an improper or insufficient diet. It most often refers to undernutrition resulting from poor absorption, or excessive loss of nutrients. Physicla Inactivity is an inactive lifestyle. Physical Activity can lessen the chance of getting many deaseses and health problems.



One of the main risks that many people have in Physical Fitness is malnutrition. Malnutrition is a general term for an improper or insufficient diet. It most often refers to undernutrition resulting from the loss of excessive nutrients. Many people all around the world don’t get the right amount of nutrition. They are at risk of getting diseases, and sicknesses. When you are malnurised your body can’t fight back the diseases and germs that are attacking your body.



Some causes of malnutrition



  • Famine

  • Poverty

  • Digestive Disease

  • Malabsorption

  • Fasting

  • Coma

  • Processed food

  • Too much sugar and fat

  • Overpopulation



Another risk is Physical Inactivity. Physical inactivity is an inactive lifestyle. It is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. Your also at risk of getting heart and blood vessel disease. The more you are active the greater the benefits. Exercise can help control blood cholesterol,obesity, and diabetes, it can also lower your blood pressure. There are so many advantages to being physically active and living a healthier lifestyle. People who do regular exercise can reduce their risks of diseases related to inactivity by about a quarter.



When you are physically inactive you have a greater chance of developing many diseases and health problems. When you are physically inactive you have a greater chance of developing high blood preasure. If you are physically inactive you have a greater chance of developing a heart disease such as a stroke. You also run the risk of getting a cardiovascular disease. You could also catch coronary heart disease.



Physical inactivity is almost as high of a risk factor as smoking, high blood preasure. In risk factor it is second to smoking. Physical Inactivity is the cause of thousands and thousands of deaths per year. When your inactive you have twice the risk of getting colon cancer, diabetes, worse mental health, cancer, overweight and obeasity, and more injuries and accidents.
